IQF Frozen Onion dice made from fresh, clean, firm bulbs that are peeled, cut into approximately square pieces, and individually quick-frozen to preserve natural color and aroma. The dice are uniform and free-flowing in the frozen state, separating easily for portioning and even cooking. Color is bright and characteristic, while flavor and odor are normal before and after cooking. Texture is uniformly firm and tender, with practically no soft or spongy units.

1 x 20’ reefer container, normally 1 x 20’ reefer container can load around 10MT.
Yes, the sample is available. But the frozen sample has to be put with dry ice and then sent by air, so normally our customers prefer to check the real pictures which are from our current stock instead of sample.
